Finally getting things figured out with my cam. First tried video this past weekend at the NTPA event just outside town. Couldn't hold the camera quite still with a 2 year old on my shoulders, but not too bad for first attempts.

Worked for me except the last one. Last one says video no longer available. Could be my wifi screwing up again and it not loading though so who knows.

This one was a blast. Was going anyway, but got invited by the team for the truck in the middle video. Their old rig, a MF super stock alky was in attendance but the new owner couldnt get it dialed in right to fire all 8. Spent a lot of time with him and the Neumanns working on that, his truck, and fine tuning the truck. I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, but I've learned more working with those guys in the last year than I ever learned when machinery broke on the farm when I was a kid. Funny part is, my 'job' in the pits was making sure their team outdrank all the other teams. Mission accomplished. lol

Lounge, 4 gig cards were on sale for $30 at staples a couple weekends ago. Looking for an 8 gig thats affordable now. Think I can go about 45 minutes on the 4 gig zooming in about 12x.

now the cards are big enough but the power is not there for long shots. at least not in this form of camera. but I still love mine when I go out lookin at truck shows.

just put the battery back on the charger after about 1200 pics and about 3 hours of video attempts over the last 2 weeks. Every time we go fishing I take it along in case we catch something cool, or get a good show from something else. Got a minute of a fawn in a river on Saturday before I got bored and called it a waste of time. Trying to decide if I bother uploading the video from sunday of my buddy catching a 19 pound buffalo carp on an ultralight, then realizing he snagged it on the dorsal fin. Planning on trying to get as much video as possible this coming monday at the packers game.... 4 years in and I haven't been to one single game that my little sister's college marching band has been doing the halftime show at. Well this one is a can't miss, since she's graduating in the spring and it is the packers and monday night football to boot.
