would there be away to notify you on the main page if someone is in the live chat area. like instead of being blue the color would change to green. this way you know that someone is there and you would click to get in on the convo.

I think the chat is useless myself. Until it automatically refreshes and keeps posts in the order they were made in instead of grouped with the poster that made them I won't use it.

We found out quick if you get more then 2 people in there all chatting at the same time the thing gets crazy. I actually made my own forum just because I was bored and it had a chat install option. Put it in and no problems at all. It refreshes every five seconds and keeps everyones posts in order.

Only weird thing about it is it starts from the bottom and goes up instead of the other way around.

but when you come to the site you have no way of knowing if anyone is in there.

if the "chat" say turned red when in use people would be more inclined to use it. and the refresh thing would help.

Well it is really more of a respect issue with me Tom. The place I started I intended really more for just friends I talk to every day and things like that. I am not trying to start another FTS or anything like that.

I see no reason to give anyone any possible idea that I am trying to compete with starting a site or anything like that. I figured the best thing to do was just to keep it to myself and give it to people that may want to check it out.

I basically created an online shop/bar type deal. Mainly a bunch of good ol boys get together and talk like normal with absolutely no censors what so ever.

Like I said though I love this place and wouldn't want to even give a remote possibility that I am trying to start up something that could be considered a competing site.
